With the amount of misinformation, and dis-information floating around, it might be prudent to review some genuine links to official information about the 2008 general election in Nevada. Voters will find their precinct polling locations on their sample ballots. Voting will take place on November 4th, and only on November 4th. You cannot “phone in” your ballot. You cannot be arrested for overdue parking tickets, child support, etc. at the polling locations. If you are a student and a registered voter you may vote where you are going to school. A person challenging you at the polls must have first hand knowledge about your address and eligibility to vote. You should not be challenged because you have lost your home in foreclosure.
